Meet Our Dancers
Audrey Claire Ikerd
Audrey Ikerd is a sophomore at North Forsyth High School and has been dancing for 8 years. She is beginning her third year with Sawnee Ballet Theatre and loves the opportunities the company provides to grow as both a dancer and performer. Her favorite style of dance is contemporary because it allows her to express emotion and tell stories through movement.
One of Audrey’s favorite dance memories was finding out she had been cast as Clara in the 2025–2026 production of The Nutcracker. She treasures the friendships and sense of community she has found at SBT and is grateful for the amazing dancers she has met over the past few years.
Outside of dance, Audrey is involved in her school’s healthcare pathway program and will be joining the FCA Leadership Team. In her free time, she enjoys going to church, listening to music, and reading. Her favorite color is lilac purple, and a fun fact about her is that she has two dogs. After high school, she hopes to attend Kennesaw State University and double major in Exercise Science and Dance with a concentration in ballet.
She is excited for another season with SBT and looks forward to making new memories with her fellow dancers.
She would like to thank her mom, dad, and sister for supporting her no matter what.
“God is within her, she will not fall.” – Psalm 46:5
