Catherine D’Angelo

Catherine is a freshman at St. John Bosco Academy and has been dancing for eight years. This is her first year as an SBT Company dancer. While she enjoys all styles of dance, her favorite is ballet. One of Catherine’s most exciting dance memories is her first Nutcracker performance at Sawnee Ballet Theatre, where she loved working with her spectacular teachers and fellow dancers. She looks forward to building friendships with other company members and improving her dance technique at SBT.

Catherine plans to perform in her high school musical theatre program and hopes to attend the University of Georgia after graduation. Besides dancing, she loves reading, sewing, playing the piano, and spending time with friends and family. Her favorite color is sky blue, and she has visited more than 50 cities in the U.S. and abroad, with Key West being her top vacation spot.

Catherine is extremely grateful to her family, teachers, friends, and carpool drivers for their amazing support throughout her dance journey.
