Colette Duarte

Colette Duarte is a sophomore at North Forsyth High School and is in the healthcare pathway. She has been dancing for 10 years, and this is her third year as an SBT Company dancer. She loves all styles of dance, with tap and jazz being her favorites, and her favorite part of being in SBT is the family and friendships she has gained throughout the years.

Colette’s favorite dance memory is her first Nutcracker, where she made many new friends and fell even more in love with dancing.

Beyond the studio, she is involved in the Baking for the Brave club at school. She enjoys spending time with friends, reading, shopping, and going to the movies. After high school, Colette plans to attend college and pursue a career in the medical field.

She would like to thank her parents and teachers for their constant support, encouragement, and belief in her.
