Elizabeth LaHaye

Elizabeth is a junior at West Forsyth High School and has been dancing for 13 years. This is her fifth year as an SBT Company dancer. While she appreciates the technique and artistry in all styles of dance, her recent favorite is flamenco, which she discovered and studied last summer.

One of Elizabeth’s favorite things about SBT is the emphasis on professionalism and the valuable skills she’s learned for maintaining that mindset as she moves forward in her career. A standout memory for her was performing in the student-choreographed piece Infinity Times Infinity, which deepened her passion for dance in a meaningful way.

Outside of the studio, Elizabeth enjoys shopping, watching movies, and traveling. After high school, she plans to attend college to pursue a career and hopes to one day dance for Disney.

Elizabeth wants to thank her parents for their endless support and for reminding her to stay true to herself and embrace every opportunity. She also extends her gratitude to her friends and teammates for always encouraging her to keep moving forward, even during challenging times.
