Lucy Anderson

Lucy is a rising freshman and homeschool student who has been dancing at Sawnee School of the Arts for 7 years. This is her first year as an SBT Company dancer. Her favorite style of dance is jazz, and her favorite dance memory is performing the role of Fritz in The Nutcracker. She is excited about the new roles and opportunities available to her now that she is part of Company.

Lucy is looking forward to continuing to grow as a dancer and experiencing all that her first year with SBT has to offer.

Beyond the studio, Lucy enjoys watching her brother’s baseball tournaments, spending time with close friends, and watching movies with her family. Her favorite color is green, and a fun fact about her is that she can wiggle her ears! After high school, Lucy plans to work as a seamstress for a few years before attending a college with a strong dance team. She hopes to someday become a meteorologist.

She would like to thank her mom for always being her biggest fan and supporting her throughout her dance journey.
