Sophia Adams

Sophia is a freshman at North Forsyth High School and has been dancing for 10 years. This is her first year as an SBT Company dancer. While she enjoys all styles of dance, her favorite is jazz. One of her favorite dance memories is connecting with her fellow dancers and building relationships with everyone. She is excited to join SBT to expand her dance experience, explore new opportunities, and learn new skills.

When she’s not dancing, Sophia enjoys spending time with friends, shopping, and traveling. She also runs a small banner-painting business with her sister. Her favorite color is light blue. At school, Sophia is involved in the Carpe Diem yearbook and the dance team. She looks forward to exploring different interests and deciding what to study in college after high school.

Sophia would like to thank her family, friends, and teachers for supporting her throughout her dance experience.
